Telehealth services are available to patients located in the United States, including all 50 states. Availability depends on the patient's location and applicable state law.
Most orders ship within 48 hours after a prescription is issued and processed by the dispensing pharmacy. Delivery times vary by location, and most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Packaging is discreet.
If, after evaluation, a provider determines treatment is not medically appropriate, the monthly membership fee does not apply.
We do not bill insurance directly. Many patients use FSA or HSA cards, when eligible.

After your intake is complete, we place lab orders for you through a national lab network. You complete the blood draw at a participating lab location at your convenience.
If a provider determines treatment is medically appropriate, prescriptions are sent to a licensed pharmacy that serves the patient's state. The pharmacy dispenses and ships medication directly to the patient.
