Payment and Refunds
Fees and pricing are displayed on the website and during checkout. Monthly membership billing begins after a provider review determines eligibility and the patient chooses to start treatment. Patients may cancel at any time through the patient dashboard or by contacting support at support@apexmedicalgroup.us. If a provider determines a patient is not eligible for treatment based on health history or lab results, the monthly membership fee does not apply.
Prescriptions, when issued, are filled and shipped by licensed pharmacies serving the patient's state.
Arbitration Agreement
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by using this website and entering into this agreement, you acknowledge and agree that any and all disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively through binding, individual arbitration.
